Role Overview
Responsible for driving sales and business growth in the assigned region by managing key developer and broker relationships, leading a sales team, and delivering on revenue targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve regional sales and revenue objectives (- 30-50 Cr monthly B2B sales).
- Lead, mentor, and manage Account Managers to ensure high performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Category A & B developers and brokers.
- Drive market expansion through strategic planning and execution.
- Collaborate with product teams to align offerings with client needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape for business advantage.
Skills & Experience
8-10 years of B2B / corporate sales; real estate / digital advertising preferred.Proven experience in high-value sales with team management.Strong client networking, communication, and negotiation skills.Demonstrated ability to deliver results in competitive markets.Education
MBA (mandatory); Tier-1 / Tier-2 institute preferred.
