Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager, located in Mumbai. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for managing property portfolios, overseeing lease administration, handling negotiation and documentation, and managing both under-construction and commercial real estate properties. Daily tasks include coordinating property maintenance, negotiating deals, meetings with third parties, vendors, contractors, IPCs, Brands and in ensuring compliance with real estate regulations, and providing excellent service to all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Property Management and Operations / Administration
• Strong knowledge of Leases and Real Estate practices
• Experience in managing Commercial Real Estate properties
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Excellent Spoken and Written English is a must
• Should be self-motivated and having a great problem-solving aptitude
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
