Sr. Real Estate Sales Manager

Job descriptionGenerate and manage leads from various sources (referrals, marketing, channel partners etc.). Handle end-to-end sales process including site visits, client meetings, negotiations, and closing deals. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, developers, and brokers. Ensure timely follow-up and client satisfaction. Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management. Work closely with marketing and operations teams to align strategies. Explore new business opportunities and expand client base. 3 to 6 years of experience in real estate sales. Proven track record in achieving targets. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented. Knowledge of local real estate market trends. Experience working in mandate-based real estate firms. Familiarity with CRM tools and reporting systems. Competitive salary and performance-based incentives.
