Were looking for a dynamic and result-driven Category Manager / Sales Manager (B2C) to own and scale business growth for specific healthcare categories. The role involves driving patient acquisition, managing a team of B2C sales executives, and ensuring category-wise revenue and performance targets are met.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead and manage a team of B2C sales executives within assigned healthcare categories
- Drive patient acquisition, lead conversions, and revenue growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and quarterly targets
- Analyze category performance and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with hospital partners, operations, and marketing teams for alignment
- Monitor KPIs, maintain performance dashboards, and ensure process adherence
- Train and mentor the sales team to improve efficiency and conversion Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 4-8 years of B2C sales experience, including team handling and category ownership
- Prior experience in healthcare, insurance, or service-based industries preferred
- Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage multiple categories simultaneously
