We are seeking a dynamic and motivated B2B Sales Professional to join our team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business, and achieving / exceeding sales quotas.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the B2B sales process, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record of successful sales in a similar environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities by prospecting, networking, and developing strategic relationships with the Channel partners of Gurgaon market in residential project of Dwarka Expressway.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand client needs and industry trends.
- Present and demonstrate companys project to potential clients, effectively communicating the value proposition.
- Develop and deliver sales presentations and proposals that are compelling and tailored to client needs.
- Negotiate terms of agreement & ensuring mutual satisfaction and compliance with company policies and channel partners.
- Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, pre-sales, post-sales) to ensure alignment and enhance sales efforts.
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote company offerings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.3+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Real estate industry, Hospitality, Aviation.Strong understanding of B2B sales processes, techniques, and best practices.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.Proficiency in CRM software e.g., Salesforce.Willingness to travel within the defined territory within Delhi NCR primarily Gurgaon.Must have his / her own personal vehicle for traveling .
