Role Description :

• This is a full-time on-site Sales Manager role located in Gurugram at Arihant Capital Markets Ltd.
• The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing the sales team, developing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, building and maintaining client relationships, and leading sales initiatives.
• The Sales Manager will also collaborate with other departments to ensure client satisfaction and business Sales Management and Team Leadership skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience in financial services or investment industry.
• Ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
• Knowledge of equity markets and investment products.
• Degree in Business, Finance, or related field.
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets
