The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of experience in recruitment, with a proven track record in sourcing and placing candidates in various non-IT roles. Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates using databases, social media, and other tools.
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability for various non-IT roles.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and create job descriptions.
• Manage the recruitment process from job posting to offer negotiation.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and provide a positive candidate experience.
