Human Resources – IT Recruiter
Looking for Human Resources in IT Recruiter domain based out of Mumbai.

Recruitment or Talent Acquisition
- Handling End to End Recruitment maintaining key recruitment metrics like Turn Around Time, Source Mix, Quality of Hire.
- Source, screen, and interview potential IT candidates
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential IT candidates.
- Utilize job boards, social media, and other recruiting tools to source candidates.
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract top IT talent.
- Create job postings and advertise open positions.
- Evaluate resumes and applications to determine qualifications.
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates.
- Negotiate job offers and salary packages.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment.
- Should be street smart with positive attitude.
- Coordinating with business heads for technical interviews taking regular feedback and follow up for closures.
- Adherence to recruitment norms & policies.
- Taking care of smooth On boarding formalities for all the new joiners.
- Prepare monthly HR dashboards, MIS, Presentations & required Analytics for monthly HR Business reviews.
- Act as a single point of contact for internal stake holders for HR related queries.
Applicants should possess the following attributes :
A full time MBA / IT or relevant degree with experience in broad range of human resource domains including TA – IT Recruiter & Analytics with minimum of 2 year' experience.Attention to details.Proven work experience as a Technical Recruiter.Highly self-motivated, Directed and Change oriented.Prior work experience in BFSI or NBFC sector is preferred.Extensive experience in Talent acquisition, IT Recruitment & Analytics.Skills Required
