The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and managing candidates throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen potential candidates through various channels including job boards, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the organization.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop job descriptions.
- Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics for reporting purposes.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and stakeholders throughout the hiring process.
