We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our team at Vashi, Mumbai location. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in recruiting, specifically within the IT sector, and will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for IT positions.

Responsibilities

Source and attract candidates using various recruitment tools and platforms.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment metrics.
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client managers.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Skills and Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment or related fields.

Strong understanding of IT roles and technologies.

Proficient in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and other recruitment software.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of sourcing techniques including social media, job boards, and networking.
