Key Responsibilities :
- Sales Strategy & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to acquire new business, grow revenue, and capture market share.
- Customer Engagement : Build and maintain relationships with executive-level decision-makers to advance sales opportunities and foster long-term customer connections.
- Sales Process Adherence : Ensure strict adherence to company sales processes, methodologies, and policies, ensuring a high level of consistency and efficiency.
- Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management : Drive accurate sales forecasting and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent opportunity growth and timely closures.
- Market Intelligence : Monitor competitor activity and market trends, tracking both wins and losses to adapt sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Product Engineering, and Delivery, to maximize productivity, address customer needs, and close sales effectively.
Key Competencies & Skills :
Proven success in Sales & Business Development, particularly with Software Products & Services.Ability to communicate effectively at all organizational levels and build relationships across departments.Qualifications
MBA (full-time) preferred.
