Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute the business plan, strategy, and structure for the assigned region and business vertical.
- Take full ownership of revenue and gross contribution (GC) targets for the region.
- Define and implement an effective sales structure and enablement strategy to empower the regional sales team.
- Collaborate with Demand Generation and Marketing to drive campaigns, build case studies, and generate pipeline.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with key principals and OEM partners across the country.
- Enhance Sonata's visibility and positioning with principals , working toward preferred partner status.
- Ensure regional alignment with principal strategies and drive joint account planning efforts.
- Conduct business planning and governance with OEMs / principals for strategic alignment.
- Provide direct support in closing strategic deals , mentoring sales leaders through complex negotiations.
- Drive cost optimization in sales , including securing better commercial terms with principals.
- Oversee funnel creation and management , ensuring a healthy and consistent pipeline.
- Monitor competitive activity and provide actionable insights to stay ahead in the market.
- Act as executive sponsor for at least 10 strategic customers to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
