About The Role :
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Key Accounts Sales Manager to lead and grow our beverage sales operations in the West region. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in the B2B space focussed on beverages, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record in driving revenue growth and managing distributor networks.
Duties & Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy & Execution :
- Develop and implement regional sales strategies in alignment with national objectives.
- Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the beverage category.
Market Expansion & Channel Development :
Identify new business opportunities.Expand and optimize distribution network, including appointing and managing channel partners.Team Leadership :
Manage and mentor a team of Beverage Sales Specialists and field executives.Monitor team performance and ensure execution of market activities.Customer & Distributor Management :
Build strong relationships with key accounts, distributors, & HoReCa.Oversee distributor ROI, stock planning, order execution, and payment collections.Market Intelligence & Reporting :
Track competitor activities, market trends, and consumer insights.Prepare regular reports on regional performance, challenges, and opportunitiesQualifications & Experience :
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).7–10 years of experience in FMCG / Beverage sales, with at least 3 years in a regional or similar leadership role.Proven experience in channel management.Strong understanding of the beverage market dynamics in the region.Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities :
