Job description

We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition specialist to collaborate with our founders in designing a cutting-edge hiring engine.

Our ideal candidate will work directly with our leaders to develop a world-class recruitment platform that attracts individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments and write clean, maintainable code.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying top engineering talent and building strategic relationships with industry experts.
They will also contribute to the development of our company's overall recruitment strategy, working closely with our leadership team to ensure alignment with our business objectives.

Responsibilities :

Collaborate with our founders to design and implement a world-class hiring engine that attracts top engineering talent

Develop and execute a comprehensive recruitment strategy that aligns with our business objectives

Build and maintain strong relationships with industry experts and thought leaders

Identify and evaluate new technologies and tools to improve our recruitment processes

Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or a related field

Proven track record of successfully recruiting top engineering talent

Strong understanding of recruitment strategies and tactics
