Job Title : Talent Acquisition Consultant
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for non-tech roles.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with stakeholders.
- Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate data.
- Ensure a smooth professional candidate experience.
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
Requirements :
1-3 years of recruitment experience (non-tech preferred).Strong communication interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles deadlines.Prior experience in an EdTech fast-paced environment is a plus.Key Qualifications Include :
