We are looking for an experienced recruitment professional with a background in US IT staffing to join our team as a skilled technical recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
- Recruit top talent for IT positions within BFSI client accounts
- Source and shortlist qualified candidates using job boards, ATS, and social platforms
- Assess technical skills and coordinate interviews with clients
- Negotiate compensation packages and ensure candidate onboarding
- Maintain relationships with candidates and clients for ongoing requirements
- Work with account managers and delivery leads to prioritize hiring needs
- Ensure compliance with US employment laws and client-specific policies
Requirements
2 to 5 years of experience in US IT staffing or technical recruitmentExperience recruiting for BFSI clients or technical roles in banking, financial services, or insurance domainsFamiliarity with various US work authorizationsStrong sourcing and screening skills using Boolean searches and ATS platformsGood understanding of IT skills and technologiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple requisitions
