We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Talent Acquisition team as an Associate. This role involves working closely with hiring managers to source, screen and hire top talent for various positions within the organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Sourcing : Utilize job boards, social media and other platforms to identify potential candidates.
- Candidate Screening : Review applications and resumes to assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
- Phone Screenings : Conduct initial phone screenings to further evaluate candidates' skills and experience.
- Candidate Engagement : Communicate with candidates to schedule interviews and provide updates on their application status.
- Support Functions : Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job advertisements, as well as maintaining candidate databases and applicant tracking systems.
- Interview Coordination : Coordinate and support interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
Requirements :
A Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse groups of people.Detailed-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management abilities, including proficiency in using job boards and applicant tracking systems.Familiarity with recruitment processes and a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Our Team?
