Key Responsibilities
- Manage H1B employees throughout the full assignment lifecycle from onboarding through redeployment to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
- Monitor timesheet activity to ensure H1B contractors work within allowable hours and optimize revenue.
- Partner with recruiters and account managers to align open client roles with available H1B consultants and drive business growth.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for H1B consultants providing regular communication, support, and career guidance to enhance their experience.
- Coordinate redeployment efforts to minimize bench time and maximize consultant utilization across accounts.
Requirements
A minimum of 2 years of experience in IT staffing or contingent workforce management is required for success in this role.Strong familiarity with H1B program requirements, employment regulations, and immigration documentation is essential.Demonstrated success in managing consultant relationships, redeployment pipelines, and compliance processes is necessary to excel in this position.Benefits
