Key Responsibilities

• Manage H1B employees throughout the full assignment lifecycle from onboarding through redeployment to ensure optimal utilization and compliance.
• Monitor timesheet activity to ensure H1B contractors work within allowable hours and optimize revenue.
• Partner with recruiters and account managers to align open client roles with available H1B consultants and drive business growth.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for H1B consultants providing regular communication, support, and career guidance to enhance their experience.
• Coordinate redeployment efforts to minimize bench time and maximize consultant utilization across accounts.
