Role & responsibilities
- Create and follow a hiring plan to meet the recruitment needs of different departments.
- Ensure the hiring process is smooth and brings in top-quality candidates.
- Work closely with hiring managers and provide full support throughout the recruitment process.
- Handle special recruitment campaigns when theres a sudden increase in hiring or unique hiring needs.
- Find potential candidates who may not be actively looking for jobs through networking, calling, etc.
- Build and maintain candidate communities using platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, and blogs.
- Always look for and test new ways to find and attract talent.
- Maintain good working relationships with other recruitment and HR teams.
- Understand what each department needs and help fill their positions quickly and effectively.
- Work with HR and internal teams to plan talent needs, set salary benchmarks, and align hiring efforts.
- Ensure all hiring practices follow company standards and maintain a high level of quality.
