Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for our clients.
Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to share feedback, challenges, and successes, informing recruitment strategy adaptations.
- Develop a deep understanding of job openings and craft search strategies that meet client needs.
- Apply innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and engaging passive talent via Xing and SeekOut.
- Conduct thorough candidate interviews and manage client expectations through direct communication.
- Produce timely reports on recruitment activities and ensure a steady flow of relevant candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need :
Fluency in English, both written and spokenExcellent communication and organizational skillsA passion for the candidate experience and building strong relationships with clients and internal RecruitersExperience with Boolean searching and LinkedIn sourcing will be an assetBachelor's degree or aboveAt least 6 years of recruitment experience in the EU market is mandatoryCapacity for independent thought and talent selection, with strong interview skillsGood communication skills and analytical judgment, with ability to handle work pressureA can-do attitude, result-driven work ethic, and ROI mindsetBenefits
