Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our recruitment efforts in Poland. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging top-tier candidates for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on developing and implementing effective sourcing strategies, leveraging various channels such as job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks.

• Collaborate with Account Managers and Hiring Managers to share feedback, challenges, and successes, informing recruitment strategy adaptations.
• Develop a deep understanding of job openings and craft search strategies that meet client needs.
• Apply innovative sourcing techniques, including networking, headhunting, and engaging passive talent via Xing and SeekOut.
• Conduct thorough candidate interviews and manage client expectations through direct communication.
• Produce timely reports on recruitment activities and ensure a steady flow of relevant candidates.
