The HR Data & Payroll Analyst is responsible for managing HR data, analytics, and payroll processing. This role ensures accurate payroll execution, analyzes workforce trends and provides data-driven insights to improve HR operations, compensation, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Qualifications & Skills :
Education : Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Finance, Business Analytics or related field.
Experience : 3-8 years in payroll, HR analytics, or HR operations.
Technical Skills : Payroll software proficiency (ADP, SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.). Strong Excel, Power BI or Tableau skills. Basic SQL, Python or R (preferred).
Soft Skills : Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Good communication and collaboration abilities.
Preferred Certifications : Payroll (CPP, FPC) or HR Analytics (SHRM-CP, Google Data Analytics) certifications.
