We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Lead – HR Operations who can build scalable systems, lead people-first processes, and drive operational excellence in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You will be responsible for running the full HR Ops engine—from core processes, performance management, compliance, and rewards, to automation, data analytics, and stakeholder management. You will also guide a small team, enabling them on execution and communication fronts, while being a strong bridge between business, tech, and people functions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Lead onboarding to exit processes, documentation, and HRIS management
- Drive appraisal cycles, bonus & incentive processes, and R&R programs
- Ensure payroll accuracy, statutory compliance, and HR audit readiness
- Create and manage HR dashboards, trackers, and process SOPs
- Collaborate on L&D, engagement, and company-wide communications
- Manage tools like ScaleFusion, Trica, Sophos, Scrut, etc.
- Mentor junior team members and align HR ops with business needs
Requirements
