Role Overview :

We're hiring a Lead – HR Ops & Strategy to build and scale our HR operations and systems from the ground up. You'll lead a team, design scalable HR processes, ensure compliance, and drive efficiency through automation and technology.

This role blends HR operations, compliance, and strategic systems building — ideal for someone who has handled HR ops in a growing SaaS / startup and is ready to take ownership of designing and scaling people processes at speed.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead HR Ops & Service Teams : Build, coach, and manage associates handling HR operations, payroll, compliance, and employee services.
  • Drive Customer Experience : Ensure employees and clients receive fast, empathetic, and accurate support across HR touchpoints.
  • HR Systems & Processes : Design and implement scalable workflows for onboarding, payroll, benefits, performance management, and compliance.
  • Technology Enablement : Own rollout and adoption of HRMS, SaaS tools, ticketing, and AI-based support systems.
  • Operational & HR Metrics : Track and improve CSAT, SLA adherence, resolution times, payroll accuracy, and employee engagement scores.
  • Strategic HR Ops : Partner with leadership to identify bottlenecks, set priorities, and design HR systems that scale 10x.

Requirements :

  • 3–6 years of experience in HR operations or support / operations, ideally in a SaaS / startup environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and scale teams.
  • Strong process and systems thinking — able to design HR workflows, not just execute them.
  • Hands-on with HRMS, SaaS tools, automation, and ticketing systems.
  • Bonus : Experience implementing AI-driven HR support systems.
  • Strong understanding of Indian HR compliance and labor laws.
  • High empathy for employees, strong ownership of outcomes.
  • Ambition to grow into a senior HR / operations leader as the company scales.
