Summary

The HR Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in managing HR processes and ensuring compliance with organizational policies. This position focuses on utilizing Workday effectively for data management, reporting, and supporting overall HR functions to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities :

  • Manage and maintain employee data in Workday ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, transfers, and organizational changes.
  • Generate and analyze HR reports to support business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners (HRBPs), payroll, and other stakeholders to streamline operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

Must Haves :

  • Strong, hands-on experience in Workday (core HR, reporting, and workflows).
  • 4–7 years of experience in HR Operations or HR Shared Services.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data management skills.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
