Qualifications

  • Btech / MBA with minimum 5 years of experience.
  • Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management within the Water Sector.
  • In-depth understanding of the Water Industry , including market dynamics, emerging technologies, regulatory standards, and key players.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts effectively.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify growth opportunities , develop innovative solutions, and achieve business targets.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software for sales and client management.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Market Analysis : Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients within Water sector.
  • Lead Generation : Generate leads through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events and conferences.
  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and decision-makers in the water industry.
  • Proposal Development : Prepare and present proposals, bids, and presentations to prospective clients, highlighting the value proposition of our products and services.
  • Contract Negotiation : Negotiate terms and contracts with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
  • Strategic Partnerships : Identify and develop strategic partnerships with industry players, suppliers, and service providers to enhance our offerings and market presence.
  • Revenue Growth : Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets within the water sector.
  • Project Management : Coordinate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and delivery, meeting client expectations and deadlines.
  • Market Expansion : Explore opportunities for market expansion and diversification within the water sector, including new regions and segments.
  • Compliance and Risk Management : Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and company policies, while mitigating risks associated with business operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis : Prepare regular reports and analysis on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review.
