Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Industrial Land Sales Manager with a strong background in real estate, industrial land, warehouses, and commercial property transactions . The role focuses on identifying opportunities, building client relationships, and closing deals to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to drive business in new and existing markets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with builders, brokers, industrial sellers, warehouse owners, and industrial buyers .
  • Organize and lead business meetings, presentations, and site visits with prospective clients.
  • Create and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Engage with clients to understand requirements, address queries, and close deals.
  • Maintain and update the customer database to generate new business opportunities.
  • Take feedback from existing clients and ensure effective issue resolution.
  • Track sales performance, prepare reports, and present results to management.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree (BBA / B.Tech) or MBA.
  • 2–6 years of relevant sales experience in real estate, industrial land, warehouses, interiors, paint, or waterproofing solutions .
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and effective internet usage for business development.
  • CRM experience preferred.
  • 4-wheeler and valid driving license mandatory.
