Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Business Development professional located at our Mulshi office. The role involves identifying and generating leads, conducting market research to explore business opportunities, fostering relationships with customers, and working on sales strategies to grow the company's client base. Additional responsibilities include communicating effectively to present solutions, managing customer queries, and supporting the sales team in optimizing client satisfaction.
Qualifications
Strong analytical skills to evaluate data and market trends
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build relationships
Expertise in lead generation and market research to identify potential business opportunities
Customer service experience to address client needs and maintain satisfaction
Proactive attitude and ability to work independently
Familiarity with sales strategies and business development processes
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Experience in industrial instrumentation or related industries is an advantage
