- Team Building : Build and expand a high-performing sales team by recruiting potential candidates and leveraging professional networks.
- Training & Motivation : Provide regular training sessions, guidance, and motivation to team members to enhance their sales performance and achieve business goals.
- Sales Visits & Business Development : Plan, organize, and execute field sales visits to generate new business opportunities and strengthen client relationships.
- Team Development : Support and develop team members to improve productivity, market knowledge, and business growth potential.
- Performance Management : Conduct weekly and monthly meetings to review progress, address challenges, and implement strategies for achieving sales targets.

Required Candidate Profile :
Minimum 6 months of experience in Field Sales or Marketing.Education : Any Graduation.Age : 24 to 40 years.Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of managing team performance effectively.Skills Required
