Position : Senior Sales Manager – Solar EPC Projects

Role Overview : -
We are looking for a highly experienced and performance-driven Senior Sales Manager with a strong background in core Solar EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) project sales . The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading business development efforts, managing high-value client accounts, and driving revenue growth within the solar EPC domain. This is a strategic role that requires in-depth technical and commercial understanding of the solar industry, particularly in executing B2B project sales.
Key Responsibilities : -
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans specifically for Solar EPC projects
- Identify, target, and acquire new B2B clients including industrial, commercial, and institutional customers
- Handle end-to-end sales cycles including lead generation, client meetings, technical discussions, proposal submission, contract negotiations, and deal closure
- Build and nurture long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals
- Work closely with internal design, engineering, and project management teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities
- Manage and mentor the sales team to achieve individual and team KPIs
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for senior management
- Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and relevant industry regulations.
Qualifications & Skills : -
7+ years of extensive experience in core B2B sales of Solar EPC projectsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred)In-depth understanding of the solar industry, especially rooftop and ground-mounted EPC project lifecyclesStrong commercial and technical knowledge of solar PV systems and financial modeling for solar projectsProven ability to negotiate and close high-value contracts with corporate clientsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skillsSelf-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independentlyWillingness to travel as required for business development and client meetings.Why Join Us
