IndiaMart is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Solutions Zonal Sales & Servicing Head to lead and drive the sales and servicing efforts in a designated geographic region. This leadership role will be responsible for overseeing the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to post-sales support, ensuring that enterprise clients receive exceptional service and are able to fully leverage IndiaMART's enterprise solutions.
Roles and Responsibility :
- Develop and execute zone sales strategy to grow IndiaMART's enterprise solutions.
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of enterprise sales consultants to drive performance.
- Manage the sales pipeline, track metrics, and take corrective actions to meet targets.
- Identify and engage potential enterprise clients; build relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and pre-sales to generate leads and close high-value deals.
- Ensure smooth post-sales delivery and customer support to meet functionality, performance, and ROI expectations.
- Monitor and report on revenue, client acquisition, and team performance regularly.
- Track competitors and industry trends; provide insights to product, marketing, and sales for & Experience : MBA with 5+ years of experience in corporate / saas / digital solutions sales / key account management
