💼 Head of Sales & Business Development

Location :  Faridabad (On-site, with travel as needed)

We are looking for a dynamic  Head of Sales & Business Development  to lead our sales across  B2B (automotive manufacturing)  and  B2C (consumer lifestyle brands) .

Key Responsibilities

B2B – Automotive Manufacturing

  • Drive sales of driveshafts and automotive components in the Indian aftermarket.
  • Build strong dealer, distributor, and OEM relationships.
  • Lead client communication, quotations, and deal closures.
  • Represent the company at trade fairs and exhibitions.
  • B2C – Lifestyle & Consumer Brands

  • Expand retail presence for Wave Ear Plugs & Techno Be With You (malls, outlets, garages).
  • Manage sales inquiries and conversions via phone and online channels.
  • Identify and onboard distributors and retail partners.
  • Support brand partnerships and sponsorship deals for Track’d.
  • Leadership & Reporting

  • Build and manage a small sales team over time.
  • Set sales targets and ensure consistent performance.
  • Prepare reports for management and provide growth strategies.
  • Act as the single point of accountability for all sales verticals.
  • Requirements

  • 5–8 years of experience in sales / business development (B2B + B2C).
  • Proven track record in closing deals and expanding markets.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Exposure to automotive or consumer product industries preferred.
  • Ability to multitask across manufacturing and lifestyle ventures.
  • Graduate in Business / Marketing; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel for client and partner meetings.
