Role : Head of Distribution

Location : New Delhi

What will you do :

• You will play a pivotal role in driving VisionSure's growth by owning our distribution strategy, building strategic partnerships, and leading the sales team.
• Own and drive the overall Distribution strategy for VisionSure, setting ambitious targets and defining the roadmap to achieve them.
• Build and nurture new strategic partnerships with key players in the ecosystem, including Insurance Companies, Brokers and other B2B channels to create sustainable revenue streams.
• Build, lead, and develop a high- performing sales team.
• Collaborate with leadership to align distribution strategies with organizational goals and market 12- 15 years of experience in a leadership distribution / sales role.
• A deep, existing network within the B2B insurance distribution ecosystem (insurers, brokers, corporate agents) is mandatory, with experience in health / wellness benefits being a significant plus.
• Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to build, mentor, and scale high- performing teams
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with ambiguity, and thrives in a fast- paced, early- stage startup environment.
• Willing to work as an individual contributor for at least 6 months while recruiting and expanding the distribution team
• Should ideally be heading the distribution function for insurance / insurance broker partnerships at a wellness player / wellness aggregator
