Job Description
- To manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.
- To close the open positions within the allocated budget and agreed timeline.
- To maintain backup resumes for each position in the organization in Zoho Recruit for future reference.
- To verify the salary documents of the selected candidates and prepare the Cost to Company (CTC) calculations for new hires.
- To issue an offer letter to the selected candidates after salary verification, negotiation and confirmation of joining date.
- To check all the forms (Investment Declaration, Gratuity, Provident Fund (PF) Forms are correctly filled and all relevant documents are submitted during onboarding.
- To maintain employee data in the form of hard copies in individual files and soft copies in the Data Management System (DMS).
- To create and post job advertisements on various job boards and professional platforms.
- To handle onboarding formalities, including background verification checks.
- To save HR related documents (interviewed documents, letters, BGV report and invoices and employee documents, PMS files) in their respective folders in DMS.
- To prepare and issue employee-related documents, such as appointment letters, non-disclosure agreement (NDA), confirmation, probation extension letter, designation change letter, and increment letters.
- To prepare trackers, and reports and share them with the HR Director monthly.
- To build and maintain strong professional relationships with employees.
Requirements
Knowledge :
Hands-on experience in recruitment and selection processes.Familiarity with job boards and professional platforms such as LinkedIn.Understanding of statutory and regulatory compliance norms under labor laws.Awareness of performance management systems and HR analytics.Strong understanding of core HR principles and best practices.Familiarity with multiple sourcing channels (job boards, social media, employee referrals, and agencies).Knowledge of effective job advertisement creation and employer branding techniques.Preferred Knowledge
Working knowledge of HRMS platforms such as Zoho People or Zoho Recruit.Basic understanding of payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).Familiarity with employee engagement initiatives and workplace culture practices.Experience in drafting and maintaining HR policies and procedures.Exposure to grievance handling and basic conflict management.Benefits
