Position - HR (Talent Acquisition) Executive

Location - Navi Mumbai

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms (job portals, social media, company website, etc.)
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and headhunting
• Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and schedule technical / functional interviews
• Coordinate with department heads for interview feedback and selection decisions
• Maintain a strong pipeline of potential candidates for key roles
• Manage the entire recruitment life cycle from sourcing to onboarding
