Primary Responsibilities :
- Manage employee relations activities and provide guidance to managers on resolving employee issues
- Drive employee engagement initiatives, learning & development programs, and rewards & recognition frameworks
- Conduct periodic employee surveys (ESS), open houses, and regular check-ins to stay connected with employee sentiments
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with employees to gather feedback and collaborate with the operations team and process heads to implement improvement strategies
- Lead employee retention efforts by identifying root causes and implementing corrective action plans
- Drive the performance management process, ensuring fairness, transparency, and alignment with organizational goals
- Proactively communicate new or revised HR policies and practices to employees across the business unit
- Ensure 100% compliance with HR SLAs for the business unit
- Take on additional HR assignments and projects as delegated by the management team
- Be flexible to work extended shifts as required
- Willingness to travel to other business locations such as Bangalore, Kolhapur, Shimoga, or any new locations based on organizational needs

Minimum Qualifications :
