Job Summary :

Key Responsibilities :
- Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
- Drive governance processes and ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
- Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to promote fairness and transparency.
- Oversee performance management systems including goal-setting, appraisals, and reviews.
- Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and motivation.
- Manage HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR processes.
- Mentor and lead the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
