Job Summary :

The role involves driving HR strategy and operations by ensuring effective implementation of HR policies, compliance with labor laws, and fostering a positive work environment. The candidate will be responsible for performance management, grievance handling, employee engagement, and aligning HR practices with business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, implement, and update HR policies and frameworks in alignment with organizational goals and compliance requirements.
  • Drive governance processes and ensure alignment between HR practices and business objectives.
  • Manage grievance redressal mechanisms to promote fairness and transparency.
  • Oversee performance management systems including goal-setting, appraisals, and reviews.
  • Ensure statutory compliance and labor law adherence across the organization.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and foster a culture of continuous learning and motivation.
  • Manage HR audits, MIS reporting, and ensure timely closure of HR processes.
  • Mentor and lead the HR team to deliver efficient and effective HR services.
