Job description

This is a remote position.

Function as the Point of Contact to clients during the pre-sales phase. Participate in subcontractor pre-qualification process and respond to RFPs and bid requests. Conduct meetings with clients for scope discussion, query resolution, and sales closing.

Study architectural / MEP drawings to understand the scope of work for BIM and Engineering services.

Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media.

Establish and nurture social media connections with key players and decision makers of existing and prospective business accounts. Market and capture their interest in the services offered by the company.

Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their requirements and concerns.

Proposal creation. Review the purchase orders, sales contracts, and other agreements from clients to ensure favorable terms and conditions of sale.

Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on services.

Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data.

Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

Negotiate / close deals and handle complaints or objections.

Act as a bridge between the client and internal technical teams.

Collaborate with team members to achieve better results.

Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

Stay up to date with the latest technological advancements & innovations in the AEC industry.

Requirements

2-5 years of relevant work experience in B2B sales, marketing, or customer relations

Experience in handling international clients is a must

B. Tech in Mechanical, Civil, or EEE Engineering will be an add-on

BIM / CAD domain sales experience is preferred

Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English

Strong interpersonal skills for building and developing relationships

Functional knowledge of standard sales practices and strategies
