• Overall Work Experience of to 5 to 8Years.
• Overall 8 years of experience in IT and 5 years of experience inServiceNow Responsibilities :
• A strong experience in ServiceNow development of all modules of ITSM & ITOM Developer with experience on customization, scripting and define workflows in ServiceNow.
• With 5 Years of hands-on experience ServiceNow development implementation projects and enhancements.
• Expertise in designing developing customizing administering IT Service Management ITSM processes handling incidents problems changes and service requests.
• Designed End to end Integrations for the customer needs and giving demo to the customer.
• Engage in support activities to ensure the smooth operation of the ServiceNow environment.
• ITOM Discovery experience in multiple projects.
• CMDB Core concepts and hands on experience.
• Possess strong integration skills for seamless connectivity of ServiceNow with other systems.
• Deep functional and technical knowledge of the ITSM Agile Service Now platform.
• Experience in Virtual Agent is recommended.
• Experience in ServiceNow Upgrade is an added advantage.
• Work with a team to design develop implement and maintain high quality technical solutions.
• Strong technical and analytical skills to generate innovative ideas to resolve application problems.
• Fast learner and a good team member having an analytical bent of mind and positive attitude.
• Possess creative thinking and good written and verbal professional communication :
• ServiceNow Administration certification.
• ServiceNow CIS ITSM ITOM certifications : Bachelors degree in engineering and related field.
