Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute asset management policies, procedures, and processes for effective Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Govern existing documents and ensure timely updates of all HAM documentation .
- Represent the organization during internal and external audits for HAM, ensuring zero non-conformance .
- Manage NIST-related audits pertaining to HAM and work toward improving the NIST score.
- Support RFP processes for client audit controls.
- Perform HAM KPI reviews, including asset accuracy validation .
- Ensure all hardware assets comply with internal policies and external regulations .
- Utilize ServiceNow’s HAM module to automate and streamline asset management processes.
- Maintain a comprehensive CMDB to track and manage hardware assets across their lifecycle.
- Embrace a culture of collaboration, accountability, and growth by building relationships, taking ownership, and contributing to business strategy.
