JOB TITLE :

• Area sales manager / Regional sales manager / National sales manager

REQUIREMENT :

1. He / she should have worked with snacking industries (Snacks Product) with premium brands in the past.

2. The person should have stayed in one of the last two companies for at least 3 years.

3. Preferred location : Mumbai / Rajkot

4. Expected to be open to traveling

JOB DESCRIPTION :

1. Managing, training and motivating existing sales team to drive revenue growth

2. Handle current market (Mumbai, Pune) and establish new markets (primarily, tier 1 cities in first phase Bangalore, Hyderabad, Delhi etc)

3. Monitoring sales team performance and monitoring daily sales, offtake, complaints and likewise.

4. Good communication skills (Should be able to speak, write, read in English and Hindi).
