Job Summary :
- We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our therapeutics sales team in Mumbai.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and managing a high-performing sales team.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales Strategy and Planning :
Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets in Mumbai.Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to inform sales strategies.Team Leadership and Development :
Lead, motivate, and coach a team of sales representatives to achieve sales goals.Identify training needs and develop plans to enhance sales team performance.Customer Relationships :
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including healthcare professionals and decision-makers in Mumbai.Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate existing and new accounts.Sales Performance Management :
Monitor and report on sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.Manage sales budgets, forecasts, and pipeline development.Requirements and Skills :
Education : MBA degree from a recognized institution.
Experience :
10-15 years of experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare product sales, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership role.Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, with experience in therapeutics sales.Skills :
