Job description

About the Role :

We are seeking experienced commercial real estate professionals to lead and manage end-to-end sales and leasing operations.

This role requires strategic client acquisition, deal structuring, and portfolio management with strong market expertise.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead sales and leasing transactions across office spaces, retail, and industrial properties.
  • Build and manage high-value client portfolios including corporates, HNIs, and institutional investors.
  • Conduct advanced market research, property valuations, and financial feasibility studies.
  • Drive revenue growth through structured sales planning and performance tracking.
  • Lead negotiations, structure proposals, and finalize commercial agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (legal, finance, operations) for smooth closures.
  • Mentor junior team members and manage client relationship lifecycles.

Qualifications & Skills :

  • MBA or Postgraduate in Business, Real Estate, or Finance.
  • 6-10 years of experience in commercial real estate sales / leasing.
  • Proven ability to close large-scale transactions.
  • Strong stakeholder management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of Punes commercial property market
