About the Role :
We are hiring seasoned sales managers to drive residential real estate transactions.
This role requires ownership of the sales cycle, client engagement, and revenue delivery for premium and luxury housing portfolios.
Key Responsibilities :
- Provide strategic advisory to clients on residential property investments.
- Ensure achievement of sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction levels.
- Manage residential sales including negotiations, and closures.
- Leverage CRM tools and digital platforms for pipeline management and reporting.
- Develop and implement sales strategies aligned with market demand and competition.
- Guide and coach sales teams to improve performance and conversion rates.
- Prepare MIS and performance reports for senior management.
Qualifications & Skills :
