Job description
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for the assigned territory.
Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition through proactive
prospecting and networking.
Manage relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions.
Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective coverage, product availability, and customer engagement.
Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit controls.
Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events in coordination with marketing teams.
Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely MBA preferred.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Experience in managing a sales team and handling distributors / channel partners.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical ability with knowledge of sales forecasting, territory planning, and market research.
Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Competencies :
