Job description

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share objectives for the assigned territory.
  • Identify new business opportunities and drive customer acquisition through proactive

prospecting and networking.

  • Manage relationships with key customers, channel partners, and distributors to ensure long-term partnerships.
  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure effective coverage, product availability, and customer engagement.
  • Provide sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports to senior management.
  • Lead, motivate, and mentor a team of sales executives to achieve individual and collective targets.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing strategies, and credit controls.
  • Plan and execute promotional activities, trade shows, and customer engagement events in coordination with marketing teams.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and operations teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment and timely MBA preferred.
  • Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Experience in managing a sales team and handling distributors / channel partners.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical ability with knowledge of sales forecasting, territory planning, and market research.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned Competencies :
