Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for roles within the e-Learning vertical
- Understand job requirements and coordinate with hiring managers for role clarity
- Create and post job descriptions on various platforms including job portals and social media
- Source candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR telephonic interviews
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with technical panels and management
- Follow up with candidates and interviewers for feedback and next steps
- Handle offer negotiations, prepare offer letters, and ensure pre-joining formalities
- Maintain recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports on hiring status and metrics
- Build and manage a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future requirements
- Ensure adherence to internal recruitment policies and data compliance
