As Sr. Manager – HR, you won’t just manage HR—you’ll redefine it .

• Host hackathons, sprints, and innovation challenges to onboard the best talent in our technical teams across PAN India .
• Drive organization management and help shape the company’s long-term people strategy.
• Launch employee engagement programs that inspire collaboration, creativity, and stronger bonds.
• Lead initiatives that encourage long-term association with the company.
• Take ownership of HR transformation projects—turn ideas into action.
• Champion Zoho HR Suite (People, Recruit, Payroll) to digitize and automate HR processes.
