Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate HR / Tech Recruiter who will drive the end-to-end hiring process for highly technical roles while also contributing to building a strong and engaged workplace culture. This is a hybrid role with a primary focus (70–80%) on recruitment for tech positions (software engineers, data scientists, MLOps engineers, AI researchers, etc.), and a secondary focus (20–30%) on employee engagement initiatives (team-building activities, events, and cultural programs). The ideal candidate is proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment (70–80%)

  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to offer closure.
  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and craft effective job descriptions.
  • Build and manage talent pipelines through job portals, social media, networking, and referrals.
  • Screen and evaluate candidates for technical and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth candidate experience.
  • Negotiate offers and support onboarding of new hires.

Employee Engagement (20–30%)

  • Plan and execute employee engagement activities, including team-building events, workshops, and celebrations.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to strengthen workplace culture and employee satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and measure engagement effectiveness to refine future activities.
  • Required Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment (IT / Tech / Deep Tech roles).
  • Proven ability to independently manage the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, job boards, and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong stakeholder and candidate relationships.
  • Experience in organizing employee engagement activities or HR events.
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup / tech environment.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Prior experience in startups or product / AI / tech companies will be an advantage.
