Key Responsibilities :
- Proactively contact leads and customers via direct messages, calls, and emails.
- Understand customer needs and present relevant products / services.
- Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize sales strategies.
- Provide feedback from customers to improve products and services.
