Position Overview

Atmantan is seeking a highly qualified and visionary Wellness Manager to lead its multidisciplinary wellness operations. The ideal candidate will be a Doctor of BNYS or BAMS with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the wellness, healthcare, or luxury spa / resort industry.

The Wellness Manager will be responsible for upholding the highest standards of clinical care and guest experience, ensuring compliance with NABH protocols, driving operational excellence, integrating technology into wellness management, and contributing to Atmantan’s continued growth and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the team of doctors, therapists, nutritionists, physiotherapists, yoga instructors and fitness experts to deliver world-class wellness programs.
  • Oversee the design, customization, and execution of personalized wellness plans based on individual health assessments.
  • Conduct medical consultations and ensure accurate diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up.
  • Ensure compliance with NABH standards, documentation protocols, and quality benchmarks.
  • Drive digital transformation and leverage technology for clinical documentation, program analytics, guest tracking, and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments (Wellness, Fitness, Nutrition, and Guest Services) to ensure seamless integration and service excellence.
  • Demonstrate strong business acumen by managing departmental budgets, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to revenue growth through innovative wellness offerings.
  • Mentor, train, and develop the wellness team to maintain high professional and ethical standards.
  • Stay abreast of global trends in integrative medicine, preventive healthcare, and wellness technologies.
  • Support the leadership team in developing new retreats, therapies, and partnerships aligned with Atmantan’s brand and business objectives.

Candidate Profile

  • Educational Qualification : BNYS or BAMS (mandatory)
  • Experience : Minimum 10 years in wellness, healthcare, or luxury wellness resort / spa management
  • Core Competencies :
  • Strong leadership and organizational management skills
  • Thorough understanding of NABH standards and accreditation processes
  • Excellent business acumen with ability to balance guest outcomes and operational profitability
  • Technologically adept with experience in EMR systems, wellness CRMs, or digital tracking platforms
  • Deep knowledge of naturopathy, Ayurveda, nutrition, and preventive medicine
  • Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
  • Empathy-driven and guest-centric approach
  • Ability to conceptualize and execute holistic wellness programs
