We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to lead domestic and international sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will bring a proven track record in B2B sales, relationship management, and market expansion—preferably within the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, or herbal extracts industries.

Key Responsibilities :
- Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
- Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, client meetings, proposal preparation, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with distributors, trading houses, and direct clients.
- Consistently achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth in key markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (regulatory, logistics, production, R&D) to ensure smooth fulfillment of client requirements.
- Conduct regular market research to stay informed about industry trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Represent the organization at global and domestic trade shows, industry events, and exhibitions.
- Ensure compliance with export regulations and country-specific documentation requirements.
Key Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related field.3 to 12 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, preferably in herbal extracts, nutraceuticals, or pharmaceutical ingredients.Strong background in handling international clients and managing business across multiple time zones is highly desirable.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.Strong interpersonal abilities with a customer-centric approach.Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and sales reporting systems.
